The Classic Evo Pro is designed and manufactured in the outskirts of Tuscany, the heartland of espresso. Each and every Classic Evo Pro is infused with the rich history of Italy, representing over 80 years of innovation dating back to Achille Gaggia's first pump driven espresso machine in 1938.
Professional standards prescribe a certain bar of quality be met to provide excellent results. In abiding by these standards, the Classic Evo Pro includes a commercial group, industry-standard 58 mm portafilter, commercial baskets, and a solenoid valve to keep pucks dry for easy discarding. Many of these features can only be found in commercial machines.
The Gaggia Classic Evo Pro uses a real boiler equipped with fully embedded 1425 W heating elements to heat water for brewing and to prevent leaking like the cheaper appliances.
The built-in stainless steel cup warmer is passively heated to 120°F by the boiler just below the surface. Put your favorite espresso cups on display and warm them to retain the heat of your shots.
The included pressurized basket offers a beginner-friendly entry into espresso, equipping the Classic Evo Pro to work with ground coffee and ESE Pods, effortlessly. Expect a thick crema to adorn each and every shot.
