An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.

Returns and Refund Policy

We, here at Ash Coffee are extremely proud of our products and we hope it is to your liking as well. However, in case of any unsatisfactory buying from our website contact us within 14 days since the order has been placed at hello@ashc.sg-host.com. We here at Ash Coffee believe in utmost customer satisfaction and we’d either replace the product or make a 100% refund in your account. When you contact us, please keep this following information with you:

  1. Your name and date of order
  2. Name of item you’ve complaint about
  3. Reason of your return/refund(optional, but it’d help us to serve you better next time)

Note:

  • If the refund has happened, buyer has to return the products.
  • In the case brewing equipment, we’ll refund only when we receive it in an unused condition so that it can be resold.
